Join us on Saturday April 19 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Henry’s Books in Spearfish for a book signing with Wyoming Author Kathryn Cluff. She will share her latest book with us, “Empowered Soul—180 Mindful Intentions, Reflections, and Practices to Help Women Develop Deeper Awareness and Capacity for Life's Challenges”.
About the book
How is it that some people come through life’s tragic events seemingly unscathed and perhaps an improved version of themselves while others become stuck in a cycle of suffering, hopelessness, and sadness?
We all have the power to shape our future through how we respond to life’s experiences, whether joyful or tragic. So, if you’re seeking to nurture your spirit, foster personal growth, and find strength in your journey, Empowered Soul will meet you where you are and guide you, one mindful intention at a time.
In Empowered Soul, Kathryn shares 180 deeply personal essays—each a powerful invitation to reconnect with your inner wisdom and strength. Written in a journal-style format, these raw and authentic reflections offer women a path to healing, growth, and self-discovery in the face of life’s challenges. As the author shares her own struggles and triumphs, she also provides practical tools, including yoga, mindfulness, and self-care practices.
This collection is intended to embolden women to navigate loss, embrace hope, and cultivate resilience. Each essay serves as both a companion and a guide, offering support through life’s most difficult moments.
