About the author…

Emersyn was born, raised, and still lives in the Midwest with her two sons, husband, and their spoiled dog, Bandit. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Literature/Language Arts from Southwest Minnesota State University.

When she isn’t writing or reading, Emersyn fulfills her passion by working for a non-profit, Hushabye Nursery, that specializes in caring for babies born substance-exposed.
